Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Workout notes, programs, and settings you type in the app. These stay on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your iCloud container (iCloud.com.knockonautomation.twaka). We do not run a Twaka account or cloud login for the MVP.
• Waitlist email if you join on this website. We store it so we can email you at launch.
• Purchase status via Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat (whether Twaka Pro is active). We do not see your full Apple ID card or bank details.
• Product analytics via PostHog (EU cloud): app opens, onboarding, paywall shown, purchase, workout ended. The distinct ID is tied to RevenueCat, not your name. We do not use an IDFA or a tracking-ads ATT prompt for this.

Email signups on tools and articles

Our free tools and articles have an optional email signup. If you tick the box and sign up, we store:

• Your email address.
• The page you signed up from.
• That you agreed to hear from us, and when you signed up.

We use this only to send you the Twaka tool and training updates you asked for. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes subscription payments under Apple’s terms. You manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Children

Twaka is not directed at children under 13.

Access and deletion

Email matt@knockonautomation.com for waitlist removal requests, or to unsubscribe from or delete an email signup you made on our tools or articles. You can delete your on-device logs in the app, or delete Twaka to remove them from your phone. Any iCloud copy is managed in your iPhone's iCloud settings. iCloud data follows your Apple ID.

The Australian Privacy Act 1988 applies. For complaints, contact the OAIC ( oaic.gov.au) after contacting us first.
