Twaka is an iOS app for writing workout notes in plain English.
What we collect
- Workout notes, programs, and settings you type in the app. These stay on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your iCloud container (iCloud.com.knockonautomation.twaka). We do not run a Twaka account or cloud login for the MVP.
- Waitlist email if you join on this website. We store it so we can email you at launch.
- Purchase status via Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat (whether Twaka Pro is active). We do not see your full Apple ID card or bank details.
- Product analytics via PostHog (EU cloud): app opens, onboarding, paywall shown, purchase, workout ended. The distinct ID is tied to RevenueCat, not your name. We do not use an IDFA or a tracking-ads ATT prompt for this.
- Superwall is used to show the paywall.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your notes to train AI models.
Subscriptions and payments
Apple processes subscription payments under Apple’s terms. You manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Children
Twaka is not directed at children under 13.
Access and deletion
Email matt@knockonautomation.com for waitlist removal requests. On-device notes you delete in the app or by deleting Twaka. iCloud data follows your Apple ID.

The Australian Privacy Act 1988 applies. For complaints, contact the OAIC ( oaic.gov.au) after contacting us first.
